I have been here for a little over four months and I still can't get over all of the expansion and building taking place. But, the other day while driving in my car and remarking about this to my friend - it hit me, like a Mac Semi, head-on. I am always wondering when the bubble is going to burst and a recession will hit this country like a ton of bricks. What is going to happen to all of this "take no prisoners" expansion? You got it; it will fall flat on its face.

For example, my friend and I were out looking at houses to build our dreams for our ideal house. Every place we went they talked about financing, 1% down and small easyyyyy payments later. "Just look at the house you could live at", they say. One lady even tried to get us to put the down payment for a golf front, resort area land on our credit card and then make these "easy" monthly payments. Boy was she smooth and I bet she gets a couple people a week who take her up on the offer so they can have that dream house that they didn't think they could afford (and really can't).

Another thing that amazes me about this area is the amount of luxury cars on the road. Everywhere you look there are Lexuses, BMWs, Cadillac's and Mercedes. They are a dime a dozen anymore.

What does any of this have to do with you? EVERYTHING!

You see, when the economy in this country hits a downturn, which it will soon do, all of these people who have spread themselves so thin financially they are literally living from pay check to pay check to pay for that dream home, luxury car and nice clothes they got on this "great" financing will find it was not so great after all. Pretty soon the bonuses are a little smaller, the pay raise is smaller (or non-existent), it is tougher to make that extra sale and the good times have stopped rolling. And with that big bonus they could always count on being cut in half; watch out, the payment for that Lexus just got A LOT bigger then the sales lady made it seem. Next thing you know layoffs start hitting and it looks like their layoff is just around the corner.

DO YOU SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING?

These people NEED what YOU have to offer!

They only have ONE stream of income and pretty soon that faucet is going to be slowly turned and that stream will start slowing down, and slowing down until it is a small trickle and then finally - nothing. They are wiped out, finished or at least in serious financial trouble scrambling to make ends meet.

When somebody is getting started in Network Marketing, they think they need other people to be successful. But if you talk to anybody who is successful in this business they will say the exact opposite. THEY NEED US.

It is a fact that this is the age of financing. If you can't charge it, mortgage it, no money down it or spread the payments over several years and double the price with interest charges, then people are not interested. The only problem is when tomorrow comes and they never received that raise they thought they would get, or the bonus they always got is no longer there, or the secured job has now been eliminated. What happens then?

These are the facts. Network Marketing offers these people a chance to safeguard against the future. A couple extra hundred dollars could be the difference of losing it all or being able to make the payments and putting food on the table. You don't even have to talk about the BIG money potential.

To experience success it is important to change your mindset of neediness to the basic of plentiful where you no longer need others to join you, but they WANT and NEED to join you. The ship is heading out of port to the "Promised Land" and people can either be left on shore or join you. That is the reality!

Like Robert Allen says... "If you saw a car load of your family, friends and anybody else heading towards a bridge that is washed out, would you let them keep going, or would you tell them about the path they don't know about where the bridge is still there (and twice the size of the first)?"

People today are heading towards the washed out bridge and they NEED us to tell them about a path they don't know about that will get them where they want to go. Make a commitment today to tell one new person each day about the benefits of Network Marketing. How they can leverage their time, efforts and money. How they can build an additional stream of residual income. How they can safeguard their future finances for their family. How they can escape the Rat Race. How the "same old, same old" does not have to be that way. THERE IS A BETTER WAY!!
