My first experience was building a 50+ page web site promoting health properties of blue green Algae, (otherwise know as pond scum). After my first month with an average of 2 visitors a day I determined that it was going to require a little more effort.

In early 1996 I visited a local book super-store in search of a book that would explain Internet Marketing for beginners like myself. I found the Internet section, it was stocked with books explaining how the Internet was conceived and developed and how I could learn to use the Internet to find information on practicably anything I wanted to learn.... except earning money on the Internet.

I asked the store clerk and she pointed me to a small collection of perhaps three or four books on Internet Marketing. As I looked through the books even though I was a beginner I could tell that the information was already stale and outdated. The Internet was and still is changing faster than most conventional authors and publishers can move.

At that time there were only a very few businesses actually earning any money on-line. In Fact only a few were earning anything at all, Even if they were willing to share what they learned with others most were too busy developing their own web based businesses.

I wondered how I could learn if the only information I could get would be outdated before it could be published?

Things have changed a lot since then, Now it seems like everywhere I look I find Ebooks, courses, and tutorials on Internet marketing some good and some not so good.
